Personalize your plate with this whole grain veggie loaded pizza!
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Farenheit
Place flatbread on a baking sheet
Top flatbread with about 1/4 cup of sauce
Add 1 cup of veggies to each flatbread
Top each with 2oz of mozzarella
Sprinkle each with 1 tsp of red pepper flakes (optional)
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbly and just browning
