Ingredients
2 2/3cupsoats
1 Tbspchia seedoptional
1/3 cuppure maple syrup
1/2cupapple sauce or mashed banana
2eggs
1 1/2 cupsmilk of choice non-dairy, skim or other favorite work well
1/4 cupmelted butter
1tspbaking powder
1 1/2tspcinnamon
1 tsppure vanilla extract
1 1/2cupsfrozen berriesdo not thaw
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x9 inch baking dish with cooking oil spray.
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until center is set. If you'd like more of a bar-like consistency, bake for 35 minutes.
