Here in the kitchens at our corporate office, you might catch our new Corporate Chef Chuck Friedhoff sharing his latest creations.
In our cafés, you’ll find Chuck working directly with the staff to find new ways to use the freshest locally sourced ingredients that are his passion.
We’re proud to have Chuck on board. His talents align so well with our mission: to bring the highest quality, best tasting food to help people be their best at work.
Chuck started his career in the culinary arts program at St. Louis Community College at Forest Park. From there, he spent four years under Chef Christopher Desens at the Racquet Club West.
His career then took him to the East Coast, where he worked at a sous chef at the prestigious St. Botolph Club before becoming Executive Chef at Northfield Mount Hermon School in Massachusetts.
After a decade back East, Chef Friedhoff returned to his native St Louis where he served as Executive Chef at J. Buck’s in Clayton and, most recently, Chef de Cuisine at Butlers Pantry.
When he’s not in the kitchen, Chuck enjoys spending time with his wife, Kimberly, fly fishing, backyard beekeeping and barbecuing.
